Things that make our thought process creative and innovative are those that bring in feelings of doing something good without any expectation of getting something in return and sharing one`s feelings & thoughts along with others to promote feelings of togetherness and actions thereof to be beneficial to the society and community.
Creativity needs to be developed though it is an inborn human behaviour as evident in babies and children. Concentrating the mind to think quietly is one of the fastest and most successful ways of touching the creative peak.
Yoga practices (asanas and pranayama) remove lethargy in body and dullness of mind which augment positive physical and mental activities.
Spirituality incorporates physical, mental, intellectual and emotional clarity in our body and mind. When we have clarity, there is joy, harmony and bliss. Then everything, every thought is spontaneous.
Yoga and Spirituality help in achieving a calm and stable state of mind to expand our horizons for creativity.
To narrate my experience, after my involvement with yoga I could channelise my thought process in creativity to write my article Involvement with Dhrti Yoga published first in the blog of http://www.dhrti.com on 5th March 2010 and leading the spiritual life of a Shirdi Sai Baba devotee I wrote my article How I became Sai Baba devotee published in the blog http://www.saishraddha.wordpress.com on 16th March 2010.
When I felt that Yoga and Spirituality have become the way of my present life, I needed to express my creative thoughts in media independently as an author. To change my role from contributor to that of an author I created my own blog yoganspirituality. wordpress. com titled Yoga and Spirituality |A way of life on 2nd May 2010.For drafting, editing and publishing an article as an author I had to acquire the knowledge and skill of information technology at the age of sixty plus in my post retirement life.
I have first posted all five articles written and contributed by me published in March and April 2010 in the blog of dhrti.com and saishraddha.wordpress.com and two articles published in medical professional website medtitans.com on 7th April 2010 & 1st May 2010 on creating my own blog https://yoganspirituality.wordpress.com titled Yoga and Spirituality | A way of life on 2nd May 2010 as an author and then onwards my three new articles were drafted, edited and published by me in my blog during May 2010. I desire to publish at least 2-3 articles every month in my blog. I hope, sharing my feelings & thoughts along with the readers and viewers of my blog will promote feelings of togetherness and actions thereof to be beneficial to the society and community.
