Self-Expression through Yoga and Spirituality

The whole life of man is self-expression. Every person`s spirit desires for self-expression. It is necessary to provide oneself with channels of self-expression. One derives a lot of pleasure when he gets a chance of self-expression by writing and getting it published in newspapers, magazines and journals; or his article or comment posted in a website; or publishing his article in his own blog as an author. One can write or post his observations or experiences which will be a joyful opportunity to express himself. One should express his individuality and uniqueness in his writings.

One`s self-expression depends not only upon the sphere of activities, but also on his mental well-being. This mental well-being can be maintained only when there is a greater goal in front of us to inspire us; and higher the goal the greater is the enthusiasm that inspires us. We discover new resources of energy build up in ourselves, for our pouring out tirelessly into that activity. We must have a clearer and more creative goal, so that we may look up to that goal and draw inspiration from it for our actions.

I created my own blog Yoga and Spirituality one year back on May 2, 2010 for self-expression through Yoga and Spirituality as a Yoga Practitioner and Shirdi Sai devotee for sharing my feelings and thoughts along with the readers and viewers of my blog to promote feelings of togetherness; and actions thereof to be beneficial to the society and community.

During the period of one year I have received overwhelming response from the readers and viewers in form of excellent viewership; and qualitative and quantitative comments from the comment authors as self-expression of their views.

On first anniversary of my blog Yoga and Spirituality, I express my hearty thanks to my esteemed readers, viewers and comment authors for their continued and unending literary support to inspire me for pouring out my tireless activity to maintain and grow qualitative and quantitative status of the blog by Self-Expression through Yoga and Spirituality.

  6. Chandra Kumar Panda says:

    Sir,
Namaskar with hearty congratulation on completion of one year from the date of opening the blog and writing different articles through internet system.

Your article on Self-Expression through Yoga & Spirituality is a good one where you have mentioned that man gets satisfaction through self-expression of his internal feeling ,may be it through writing, speaking etc.

In this regard, I am of the opinion that naturally man expresses his innate things or what is going in his brain to persons in and around him; may be it to his parents, friends, life partners, teachers, superiors and son and then only he gets his mind cool being a social animal. The child from the very beginning of his birth expresses his feelings through crying.

So self-expression is natural, the matter is that how much one can be perfect in expressing his thought to the society and to see that how much it is beneficial to the humanity.

    May God bless you.

    Yours Sincerely
    Chandra Kumar Panda

  10. “Anniversary” can be explained in term of experience.Persons what doing in past including both Good & Bad may be memorized in such way, called as Anniversary. It gives Prerana to own-self, not to repeat the mistakes done in past; It gives Prerana to others to follow the suitable formula to live life by leaving of difficulties.

Past is Experience! Present is Experiment! Future is Expectation! Using of Experience in Experiment will result in Expectations.

Panda Sir, I can say you a True Sai Baba Devotee, who devote some hours daily in Yoga and Spirituality. It presents Sai Baba’s messages by cooking it with some different taste in his own kitchen by inputting something separate; Masala (Experience), Namak (Way) and Oil (User Friendly).

  13. Dr.Binod Bihari Naik says:

    Respected Sir,

Self-Expression means what I understand, is voice of Soul that is materializing through either by mind only or by both mind and body. The former mental language is grasped by philosophers, sages and monks whereas the later can be understood by all though heart. However what that may be it is the language of the heart, not confined as Odia, Telugu, Hindi, English etc. The expressive voice is based on three components such as intense faith to self, so it is creative in nature, and that it is meant for social service. This is called real self-expression in Yoga and Spirituality. Here the caption of your topic as ‘Self-Expression through Yoga and Spirituality’ is very befitting having contents to inspire all categories of human beings.

Sir, Let your authorship live long and continue to impart more knowledge and enlighten more about your path of mission, mainly confined to devotion to supreme soul and his creations.

    Thanking You
    With Regards,
    Your Divine Brother
