As you rightly mentioned, these obstacles distract from true pursuit of yoga and spirituality. Just as one’s own effort, blessings of Guru and benevolence of Almighty is critical to success in such pursuit. I pray for such blessings and benevolence so that we can truly attain sustained peace, prosperity and happiness!

Procastination is the biggest obstacle in my Yoga practice. Strong determination is required to be regular.

  8. Dr.Binod Bihari Naik says:

    Respected Sir,

I read the points which hinder in yoga practice .Really those points are distracting and at times make obstacle to aspirants of a yogi initially; but these are the silly points to a true and astute aspirant because a determined disciplined dedicated divine yogi never falls astray on the path of his destination as it is an uninterrupted incessant habit of a yogi like that of a sunray enlightens to all in spite of clouds amidst on the path. So I hope a true aspirant will never think of distraction and obstruction in his practice and proceed on with persistent patience and perseverance to lead his own light to hand over to others with a definition of “Unity from Diversity”- an ecstatic slogan of Yoga & Spirituality.
