Life takes one on a journey into the world to the experience of the opposites and to discover one`s true nature which is beyond both. Pairs of opposites are essentially of two types-one comes from our perceptions or from our mind, the other is in the Nature itself. The opposites in Nature complement each other, while those coming from our mind tend to create discord and friction.
In any pair of opposites, one part cannot stand alone; its very existence depends on the other. Our everyday world is full of such examples. There is no night without day, there is no darkness without light. There cannot be death without birth. Life is a story of the alternating patterns of duality, of happiness and suffering, joys and misery, ups and downs. There is not a single life without this admixture, without this pair of opposites. This is the law of life.
I like to quote here the conversation between me (hereafter referred to as drmcpanda) and Sri Benudhar Dash (hereafter referred to as Benu), a native of Bargarh district, my old colleague and friend who has been working for more than 20 years as Pharmacist, District Central Store D.H.H. drmcpanda-Thanks for remembering me.
Benu-Sir, I am remembering you always Sir. Till date we have not found a C.D.M.O. like you. That was the Golden Era of Bargarh district Sir.
drmcpanda-It is pity on my part that I am living as cancer survivor with complications since 2015 at Bangalore unable to visit Bargarh Odisha to meet you all my old colleagues.
Benu-Although physically you stay at Bangalore Sir, but you are always present in our heart.
drmcpanda-Pray Bighnabinashan Lord Ganesh that we meet at least once more at Bargarh in my life time.
Benu-OK Sir, God bless us to fulfill our get-together.

It is only when we have risen above the play of opposite that we can absorb the shock and challenges life throws at us. Once we learn to handle pair of opposites, we develop tremendous inner strength to absorb all setbacks and keep our mind at rest.
