Shri Satchidananda Sadguru Sainath Maharaj Ki Jaya.
It is described in Chapter X of Shri Sai Satcharita that “There are two kinds of Gurus (1) Niyat (appointed or fixed ) and (2) Aniyat (unappointed or general ).The latter by their advice develop the good qualities in us, purify our hearts and set us on the path of salvation; but contact with the former dispels our sense of dualities (sense of difference) and establishes us in unity by making us realize ‘Thou art that’.There are various Gurus imparting to us various kinds of worldly knowledge ;but he,who fixes us in our nature (Self) and carries us beyond the ocean of worldly existence, is the Sadguru. Sai Baba was such a Sadguru.”
It is further described that “Sai Baba never thought of making the least show of His worth (piety). He had no Body-consciousness but He had great love for His disciples. If anybody went to take His darshan, He, without being asked, would give every detail of his past, present and future. He saw Divinity in all beings. Friends and foes were alike to Him. Disinterested and balanced, He obliged the evil-doers as well as the pious. He was the same in prosperity and adversity. No doubt ever touched Him. Though, He acted through the body He was, not in the least, attached to His body or house. Though, He looked embodied, He was really unembodied, i.e., free from gross existence.”

Akhanda Sai Nama Japa chanting ‘Om Sai Sri Sai Jaya Jaya Sai’ was held from 8 A.M. to 8 P.M. on February 13, 2011 in Shri Shirdi Sai Baba Anand Ashram BTM Layout Bangalore. Annadhan by Sri Sadguru Sainath Seva Samithi managing the Ashram, was provided to poor, needy persons and devotees after Madhyana Arati.I participated in the Japa, Arati and Annadhan as a Sai devotee.
As in the previous year, this year also ‘Akhanda Sai Nama Japa’ chanting ‘Om Sai Sri Sai Jaya Jaya Sai’ is being held from 8 A.M. to 8 P.M. on Second Sunday of February i.e. on February 12, 2012 with Annadhan to poor, needy and devotees in Shri Shirdi Sai Baba Anand Ashram BTM Layout Bangalore managed by Sri Sadguru Sainath Seva Samithi.
I participated in the Sai Nama Japa and Annadhan as a Sai devotee.

It’s a great post describing the moto of the Sadguru or a True Guru.
As we know that, one of the most important message of Sai Baba is ‘Tyag Sharir Chala Jaunga Bhakton Hetu Dauda Aunga’, which depicts His non-belonging to the body. He made us to feel that He is everywhere.

The primary definition of “Guru” is “Father & Mother”. They are the foundation of someone to stand, walk, talk, move, devote, love, cry, laugh and to know the aptitude of peace or revenge and to feel the presence of own-self in the environment and no one can break this principle. Who says the duty ends of Father & Mother after producing Child? Who says Guru is greater than Father & Mother? Who denies to believe that Father & Mother are not our Guru & Guru-Maata of our foundation?No one can…! Because what we learn from them is reflecting with life long achievements.
Besides all of these, there are naturally hands behind all to control and regulate all of us; and that instruction comes to all father, mother & child to act within the environment and that’s the Super Natural Power and we can use the designation of “Sadguru” instead of Super Natural Power, and we believe that is Sri Sai Naath…!

Ultimately Guru is able to lit the candle in the disciple, so that he can himself generate knowledge and guide himself and others in right direction.
The depth of knowledge varies according to individual aptitude, calibre and capacity of the disciples.
All, (Guru, God and parents ) have specific roles in life of individual.

Indeed man is born in the world being a bondage in and around till the death with certain inborn quality inherited.But it is the world atmosphere, where he is brought up; really turns his fore-feet that where he is going & what for going to.
In this context the role of Guru is very much significant who plays a pivotal role in revolving the wheel of his future feet.And in this worldly life every one comes under the guardianship of a Guru may it be in the form of Parents,Teacher,Elders in one hand and the Divine Guru on the other side of life.
The role of Guru is commendable for ages together.

I have read few articles about Shirdi Sai Baba and I also got an opportunity of Sai Darshan at Shirdi; but before reading this article I had specific knowledge about Sadguru i.e. the real Trust Worthy teacher. After reading this article I got much clarity about Sadguru i.e. who really shows a path way of life towards satmarga, satkarma, satchinta; and every thing is true and completely trust and nothing false or lies.Shirdi Sainath is the real Sadguru for all of us, for which he won the hearts of millions of people in this world.
Mother and Father are the prime teachers-Guru for any individual and afterwards come the Teachers, Lecturers and Professors who teach many things and guide for the betterment of the students in many ways.
After reading this article I recalled my childhood and younger days and the teachers who guided me. I am much very much greatful and thankful to all of them for their guidance and support to learn and practice good, trust towards leading healthy life not just for self or family but also mostly for community.

Guru Purnima celebration was organised by Sri Sadguru Sainath Seva Samithi at Shri Shirdi Sai Baba Anand Ashram BTM Lay out Bangalore on July 15, 2011.
I deposited my Guru Dakshina prior to Darshan of Sadguru Sai Baba. Then I had Darshan of Sai and attended Madhyan Aarthi. It was followed by Mahaprasada and Annadhan programme.
I also attended Palanquin procession and Bhajan sandhya.
It was a great spiritual bliss on my part as a Shirdi Sai devotee.
Time spent in Bhakti is time spent in eternal peace.

You are lucky enough to spend your valuable time on the day of Guru Purnima at Sai Temple,but I hadn’t got that chance as there was no Shirdi Sai Temple at Jasidhi of Jharkhand,when I was on a family tour and visited Baidyanathdham at Deogarh of Jharkhand (One of the Jyotirlingas among Dwadash Jyotirlingas of our Country).
However I prayed Sadguru Sainath with mind and soul with my family.

Guru Purnima was celebrated at Shri Shirdi Sai Baba Anand Ashram BTM Lay out Bangalore organised by Sri Sadguru Sainath Seva Samithi on July 3, 2012.
I had Darshan of Sadguru Sai Baba and deposited my Guru Dakshina. Then I attended Madhyan Aarthi. It was followed by Mahaprasada and Annadhana.I also attended Palanquin procession of Shri Sai Baba held in the afternoon with great pomp and ceremony.
Today there was centenary celebration of installation of Shri Sai Baba holy padukas in Shirdi at Shri Shirdi Sai Baba Anand Ashram BTM Layout Bangalore.
As described in Chapter V of Shri Sai Satcharita, this was the day i.e. Shravan Pournima in 1912 on which holy padukas touched by Sai Baba, saying that, these are the Feet of the Lord were installed in Shirdi at foot of the Neem tree with the inscription:
“Sada Nimbavrikshasya mooladhiwasaat,
Sudhastravinam tiktamapiapriyam tam,
Tarum Kalpavrikshadhikam sadhayantam,
Namameeshwaram Sadgurum Sai Natham”.
I have the pleasure to inform the readers and viewers that the article captioned as ‘Sadguru Sainath’ authored by me has been published in Shri Sai Sumiran Times New Delhi; internationally circulated printed monthly magazine both in Hindi and English medium on Shirdi Sai; in its Year No.7 Month No.11 August 2012 issue in English Section. The same article captioned as ‘Sadguru Sai Baba’ was published on February 13, 2011 in Yoga and Spirituality.

Akhanda Sai Nama Japa in my interpretation is a nice programme to energize the body & mind, and to jump straight to ecstatic stage with little involvement of intellect & no rules of ego. Akhanda Sai Nama Japa means incessant voicing of Sai Ram individually in own worship room or by group in temple. It is one type amongst nine paths of devotion for achievement of salvation in short period. Here body & mind are reined easily and directly by soul & God Himself is engulfed in devotee’s heart, where intellect & ego remains as silent observer as seen in case of Bhīma the maharathi during Bastra-harana of Droupadi by Kourava as he was quite aware that he was helpless to prevent pulling off dress of Droupadi the prestigious celestial woman of Pandava by the Kourava. Here imagine & see how it is easiest way to give up wordily bondage & obtain best medium for self happiness. More ever a person from toes to head of any age with no knowledge even hustles & bustles of town makes possible to carry out the procedure in addition to his daily pursuits . Hence I view Akhanda Sai Nama Japa is much superior to Ashtanga Yoga of Patanjali and meditative Yoga of Buddha & Jain for emancipation of life in Kali Yuga. Because Sai Baba is Sadguru & was incarnated for correction of deviated human beings. He was visibly & now is invisibly on the way to solve all the problems of innumerable devotees. So my inference for earnest request, rather at least appeal all to reap the benefit of self-realization by surrendering themselves with the process of Akhanda Sai Nama Japa.
If above process of realization is not fit to any modern one, then he should at least be aware of four words like 1.Command 2.Request 3.Prayer 4.Devotion .Because:
1. By Command— One makes body active & healthy.
2. By Request—– He makes mind energetic & cool.
3. By Prayer——-One makes intellect illumine & subtle and subdues ego.
4. By Devotion —One binds supreme soul on his own heart & behave alike supreme soul called Sadguru. This is the effect of Akhanda Sai Nama Japa of any Guru that is the power of sound wave working in between Prakriti (nature) &Purusha(supreme soul i.e.God).

Basing on this spiritual connotation, on the occasion of Guru Purnima celebrations Sai Baba had revealed in the forms of Fakir decorated as Rajadhiraj Yogiraja, lighting the Dhuni (sacred fire), giving prabachana (discourse), cooking food for Annadhan and watering the plants in Garden.
I deposited my Guru Dakshina, attended Madhyana (noon) Aarthi and had Darshan of Sadguru Sai Baba. It was followed by Mahaprasada and Annadhana. I also attended Palanquin procession of Shri Sai Baba held in the afternoon. I also attended Dhoop (evening) Arathi.

During these years I had Darshan of Shirdi Sai Baba in Gurgaon Haryana (N.C.R. Delhi), Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, Bargarh & Padampur Dist. Bargarh in Orissa, Shirdi Dist. Ahmednagar Maharashtra in India and New York, USA. Since October 12, 2009 I made it a part of my daily life to attend noon arati and have Darshan of Sai Baba at Shri Shirdi Sai Baba Anand Ashram, BTM Lay out Bangalore till December 2014. During 2015 to 2017 till date I could have casual visit to have Darshan of Shri Sai at Shri Shirdi Sai Baba Anand Ashram, BTM Lay out Bangalore due to my physical indisposition as a Cancer Survivor with Post Surgery Radiation Complications.
