Every Article is a Forum for Discussion in Yoga and Spirituality

Learning by discussion is one of the best ways to acquire knowledge. It is learning that leads to intellectual and spiritual development. In our limited lifespan it is well-nigh impossible for an individual to know everything there is to know. Therefore taking lessons, from not only what one encounters on one`s own life in acquiring knowledge and experiences; but from the knowledge and experiences of others is crucial to one`s growth.

Effect of Yoga and Spirituality on Creativity is the prime article of the blog Yoga and Spirituality which drew the attention of readers to post their responses as comment authors and subsequent thereupon every article became a forum for discussion in Yoga and Spirituality.

The comment authors of Yoga and Spirituality are from all age group elders, youngers and students. Amongst them are medical experts, technocrats, scientists, educationists, health personnel, social activists, journalists, yoga experts, yoga instructors, yoga practitioners, Shirdi Sai devotees, spiritual seekers and philosophers. Often the articles have been supplemented by me with additional information as my comments. In many articles I have posted my replies to the queries made by comment authors as per my knowledge and experience relating to the topic under discussion. In some articles one comment author has replied to the queries or suggestions of another comment author and in some other occasions one comment author has complimented the response of the other comment author. All these responses create a forum of discussion on the article. Every comment becomes a part and parcel of the article when the individual article is viewed by the readers or when existing literature is searched for by using particular search engine terms in internet.

Yoga and Spirituality provides a forum for discussion and is open to all readers to post their comments relevant to the topic of the article. I request the readers to view individual article with comments posted along with it; and hope, more and more readers will come forward to post their responses on each and every article of the blog Yoga and Spirituality.

Every Article is a Forum for Discussion in Yoga and Spirituality is the 50th article of my blog Yoga and Spirituality. On reaching the mile stone of half century publication, I thank all the esteemed readers and viewers of the blog for excellent statistics in viewership of Yoga and Spirituality. My special thanks go to the learned comment authors who have made every article a forum for discussion in Yoga and Spirituality.

  2. A veteran like you has come across all the ups and downs in life.Hence the synthesis of social experiences occur in the learning environment through forum of discussion.“Discussion forum” has a contrast scenario than simple online publishing, where we can witness blend of thinking from different age group and professions, even a child can have a great idea. And It’s a noble idea to get the blog open in world wide web for discussion. Therefore, discussion forum in learning environment requires careful and close eye verification by the author.

All of your articles are refined along with sufficient references to maximize the potential of online discussions. More important is that as an author and editor of the blog, one has the right to modify the comments of the readers before approving it. I can unquestionably say that all of my comments are intact except some punctuation & spelling corrections.Hence the conversations have relevant and inspiring dialogues that empower and enlighten online learning on Yoga and Spirituality.

    Congratulations! for 50 Great Articles.

One fourth component of learning is from (initiated and guided by) the teacher,
One fourth is by the learner himself/herself, with his/her own intellect,
One fourth is from fellow-learners (through various kinds of interactions),
One fourth is over a period of time (learning from experiments and experiences).

I believe, coming from such a learned and experienced person like Dr. Panda, these blogs help by initiating learning and guiding the readers further. As a forum of sharing ideas and experiences, it helps in third component as well. What remains is for learner, that is to use his/her intellect and learn from experiments and experiences.

Hope, many realize the value and get benefitted from this great initiative by Dr. Panda.

  4. First of all, I would like to congratulate Dr.M.C.Panda to reach 50 Great Articles on Yoga & Spirituality Blog and to all the viewers & contributors of it.

Here I would like to present my view as follows:

The Role of Organisers is much more important than the Participants. Because the Organisers are contributing their all efforts to make success their events.Secondly; Success of Event is certified by the Participants and Viewers whether it reaches the success point or not by all respects.Dreaming towards success and to provide each and every facility in the event, Organisers design their way of works and schedules.

    Here I can say, Dr. Panda is a very Good Organizer;
Because, 1- He organizes the Event, 2- Invites his friends and supports to view it, 3- Reminds to all viewers to post their valuable opinions in shape of comments by participating in it. 4- Communicates to the participants about the information that ‘their comments have been already been published in the blog after due Moderation’. 5-Some times, some of the viewers were reminded over telephonic requests for participation.

The uninterrupted sequence of Organisation maintained by Dr.Panda since the beginning of the Blog of Yoga & Spirituality is really appreciated.

    Sir,
    Namaskar.
Congratulation for completion of 50 articles on the blog “Yoga & Spirituality”.

The article with theme “Every article is a forum for discussion in Yoga & Spirituality” is indeed the expression of your feelings of togetherness through the comment authors. It is neither a school/college/learning center’s Seminar or Conference Hall that every one will discuss and exchange the ideas what they are thinking on the issues and ultimately they will reach to particular conclusion. The articles published by you are read by different category of readers and comment is posted where you moderate/edit if necessary with your feelings and by this process a teaching and learning bi-polar term goes on in the interest of the mankind.

Hope you will proceed with more and more success.

    Yours Sincerely
    Chandra Kumar Panda

Yoga is best for the health. The benefit of yoga practice goes far beyond the actual time you spend in the poses. One of the most common reasons why people begin practicing yoga is to improve their health and well-being. Yoga means union. It is a union of the body and mind.
